If you need to return a product, please contact Keshiva Herbal with your order details and explain the reason for the return. We may request clear photographs of the product and packaging to review the request.

Where a return is approved, the product may need to be returned in its original condition and packaging, subject to the nature of the issue and applicable requirements.
04. Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety and product-quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Products damaged because of improper use, storage or handling after delivery may also not qualify for return.

If a return is approved, Keshiva Herbal will provide the applicable return instructions. Responsibility for return shipping costs may depend on the reason for the return and the outcome of the review.

Every return request may be reviewed before approval. We may consider the condition of the product, order information and reason for the return before confirming the next step.
